In short: property management comprises all the on-going work that relates to letting residential property or commercial space, for example, taking care of all the correspondence (related to letting the property), collecting rent, the mandatory (administrative) worries and maintenance. LETTING STARTS WITH THE PAYMENT OF RENT ON TIME.

The rent for a house or company building is collected professionally and on time every month by Domica and is of course transferred to your bank account as quickly as possible. You also receive an up-to-date payment summary for your own records every month.

What happens if tenants do not pay on time? Domica closely monitors whether tenants meet their payment obligations. If a tenant owes back rent, Domica will remind, warn and then order them to pay professionally, clearly and in accordance with a set procedure. This method is extremely successful. The most important aspect is that you do not have any worries!

THE COMPLETE HOUSING ADMINISTRATION - TAKEN CARE OF BY DOMICA.

Our administrative tasks include implementing annual rent increases (indexing) in accordance with the applicable guidelines and preparing final statements of account. For tenants of company-owned housing, we can also prepare monthly invoices completely in line with existing arrangements or statutory regulations.

DOMICA INSPECTS THE STATE OF THE BUILDING AT THE START AND END OF THE RENT PERIOD!

When a tenant moves in and moves out (the check-in and check-out) of a house, one of our specialists is always on hand. Your presence as the landlord is no longer required! Our agent will provide a detailed inspection report of the state of the building when occupied or when vacated by the tenant. If necessary, we can subsequently make arrangements with the tenant or landlord for any repair work to be carried out.

COMPLAINTS? TECHNICAL BREAKDOWNS? EMERGENCIES? DOMICA CAN SOLVE IT!

Because people live and work in and around rented housing or commercial property, it is inevitable that things break or major repairs have to be carried out. In these situations, we would also like to be your partner and act as the first point of contact for tenants. We can, if necessary, call in service companies or prepare and then implement a long-term maintenance plan. Obviously, this all has to take place in close consultation with you, the building owner!
