The building that is transformed to a multi functional living area in 2008 offers shops, a restaurant and a gym on the ground floor and offices on the first floor, next to the loft apartments. An underground parking with storage rooms is exclusively designed for the residents of the "Lichttoren" and the adjoining Art Hotel.

The spectacular Loft "Lichttoren 314" is situated on the fifth and top floor of the main building and overlooks the city center in a 180 degree angle. The central location is in the direct proximity of the PSV stadion, the police station, warehouse the "Bijenkorf" and the "Beursgebouw" event center. On minute walking distance are the central trainstation, the city library and shopping center. It is close to all connecting ring- and highway.

High ceilings, an industrial look, and the use of natural elements as steel, wood and stone give this Loft it's unique appearance. The modern and symmetric design by architect Peter Litmann (PGA & Interne Zaken) optimizes the sphere of urban living in this monumental factory. In the architectural design light, sound, warmth and logistics where considered core values, and solely high quality products and tier one suppliers where chosen.

Flexibility, comfort and safety are fully integrated. All installations are user- and maintenance friendly and the techniques are completely integrated withdrawn from the eye. Only design and decorative elements are visible. The various installations for security, light, sound and video can be controlled by desire of the user. The loft has entry control with videophone and camera, smoke detection, movement sensors, a light plan, internet connections and is fully prepared for Bang & Olufsen audio and video, electric operated curtains and other domotica functionalities.

The Arclinea design kitchen is fully customized for professional cooking and includes the latest Gaggenau installations. The high quality bathrooms are designed and constructed by "Sennah" who also supplied the exclusive and custom made "Bisazza" mosaic tiling. Noticable elements are the frame-less doors by "Bod'or", and the the stainless steel "Technoluce" light skeelers positioned throughout the whole living areas.

The combination of the scratch and stain resistant epoxy floor, and the hard wooden living area floor make the loft warm and natural. The underfloor heating warrants continues comfort. Te heat and cool system is connected to the so called city-heating network, and an air circulation and filter system guarantees a contant supply of fresh air.
 
To stay fit, one does not have to leave this loft. A training area complete with professional boxing ring and locker room with shower, wash and toilet facilities, is part of the central relaxing areas of the apartment. For those who prefer to house guests or kids on this floor space two large bed/guest rooms and a bathroom are already designed under architecture and available for construction upon demand. 

The loft comes with two underground parkings, and two storage rooms in the basement. In the central entry that can be entered from two sides, is a mailbox. Visitors can enter the building through various entrance doors. Waste disposal and entry are controlled with custom resident passes, and there is private elevator that is key controlled to acces the fifth floor loft entrance.

One floor up, on the roof of the building, there's a community area and terrace. On the ground floor is well equipped fitness area, hairdresser, and restaurant to name just a few of the facilities this location has to offer.
