All rental agreements concluded through the use of the services of Domica BV or its franchisees meet the legal requirements. This means that no mediation costs will be charged to a consumer tenant.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, or conflicts with a provision of mandatory law, this unenforceability or invalidity will not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.

Privacy Policy

The Domica BV website is the property of Domica BVBV. Responsible handling of user data is of great importance to Domica BV.

1.1 Recording and processing of data

To promote the use of the website, Domica BV may record data in a file. Domica BV uses this information to keep visitors to the website informed of interesting offers of products and services, the products and services of other business units of Domica BV and of products and services from carefully selected companies. You can sign up for a Premium account. Registrations apply to the working area of the branch for which you register. By leaving your search criteria on Domica BV, we will keep you informed of the rental properties available on Domica BV at the location you have chosen.

By signing up for a premium account, you agree to the associated fees. A premium account is entered into for a period of one year (12 months after registration date).

Domica BV informs the affiliated rental agents of your details as soon as they register a rental property that matches the search criteria you left. The broker will receive a message from Domica BV that he can contact you using the personal data you entered. The broker is not obliged to do this.

Domica BV will also inform you by e-mail of the broker's details. Domica BV does this when a home is made public online and can be seen by every internet user. The property that matches your search criteria will also be added to the property offer on your personal page.

Domica BV is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Domica BV uses your personal data to carry out the above-mentioned correspondence, maintain contact with you, conduct market research, draw up profiles of our customers and to inform you about new developments within our company and about our (new) products and services that may fall within your area of interest.
