DOMICA processes personal data that is necessary to fulfill the agreement. This data has been collected as a result of an agreement or you have already provided it with a previous agreement. We can send a confirmation, an invoice and, if necessary, a reminder or reminder. By placing an order, you also give permission to use the personal data you provide for administrative processing. Without this processing we cannot serve you. Anyone can sign up for our newsletter, we will then send you regular news by email. We will not keep your data longer than necessary. When applying for a job, we will store your personal data for as long as necessary for the application procedure. If no relationship is established, we will delete your data or ask permission to keep your data longer.

DOMICA uses an internet company in the Netherlands for its website, this company has well secured its servers, your data is protected according to the applicable security standards.

Data leak reporting obligation

In the event of a data breach, DOMICA will immediately report this to its IT manager, who will then report its data to the Dutch Data Protection Authority in accordance with the VGA.
