It was my first time renting out a house and Domica really took the time to explain everything to me and this allowed me to make a well-considered choice. They know what they are talking about and it is nice that the search for reliable tenants is taken care of. Because I don't live nearby, I outsource contact with the tenants and paperwork to Domica. They have years of experience and know how things should be done regarding maintenance and with the homeowners' association. That saves me a lot of headaches!
